The boys love to swing on our swing set, Actually Ethan could probably swing all day if we let him! The past few days we have done some of the simple things in life such as swinging, drawing pictures for Birthday cards for Great Grandpa Mac and Aunt Leo who both have Birthdays this week, puppet crafts and swim in our inflatable pool on our deck. Its fun to watch Ethan have so much fun doing some of the simple things in life!
Aidan has been eating baby food for about a month or so, he seems to enjoy all and any fruits, squash, carrots and green beans, however he absolutely loves sweet potatoes!! Tonight he had sweet potatoes with turkey! Yummy!
Joey is back to traveling and so Ethan misses him very much, everyday we count down the days until we can go to the airport and pick him up! Here is a message for you Daddy!
Today we went to Imagination Station. It is a wonderful place where children can play and dressup! Ethan loved the fire truck and dressing like a fire fighter the best, although I thought he looked the cutest in the Dr. scrubbs, maybe its just wishful thinking! He also dressed up as a train conductor and an Indian, we even put some indian feathers on Aidan's head! It was fun wathcing Ethan having such a good time!
Tonight before bath time as I was undressing Aidan, his outfit got stuck on his head, well it was pretty funny! Ethan decided his shirt was also going to get stuck on his head! We all had a fun time laughing!
Yesterday Ethan received a very special gift in the mail. It was from his Aunt Sandy! He has been waiting for it since he went poop in the potty at Papa Pete's house!!! He was so excited when the mail lady said "I have a box for Ethan!" He started running towards her. He tried to carry the box in all by himself, but it was just too big! We opened it and there it was the knight's costume he has been asking for since he saw it in Zachary's room!! he immediately put in on and has literally only taken it off when I told him he couldn't wear it to the grocery store and the park. Of course there were other gifts in the box a book which I've been reading at every nap and betime which he loves and some pictures from his cousins. Then another gift for Aidan! Aunt Sandy is such a great Aunt to my boys! She is always sending them things! We love her!!!!!
