Aidan is 8 months

Today Aidan turns 8 months old and we can officially say he is crawling! We were all in the kitchen and he was in the living room and next thing we know he had crawled into the kitchen! He is already crawling after our poor cat! Stormy is in for double trouble! I can hardly believe its been eight months since we welcomed this precious baby boy into our family! He is such a joy to have around! He just loves watching Ethan's every move! We love you bunches Aidan!

Aberdeen Train Park

Today we went to the new park in Aberdeen. They have a really neat playground that has a train, rock climbing wall and cool slides! Here are the boys having fun!

Fun Gym

Today we took the boys to fun gym, its an hour of play time at the local gymnastics gym. I'm not sure who had more fun Ethan, Aidan or Daddy!!! By the time we left there Ethan was running and jumping full force into the foam pit and trying to mimick Joey and doing flips! They left there so sweaty!

Exciting things are happening

Today Ethan was so excited he was finally able to pick our one and only vine ripe tomato! He also was excited to receive a card from his Grammy in the mail! It was a congratulations card with stickers and money in it because he has been working really hard at going poopy in the potty, he is on his 6th time! This has taken alot longer than we anticipated, but he is now on the road to being fully potty trained! We are so excited! As you can see in the Picture, Aidan was excited too!

Asheboro Zoo

Today we took a ride to the zoo. We saw all the animals, played in the kids zone, rode the tram, carousel, helicopter and cooled off with some yummy ice cream!

Gone Fishing

Today we went fishing off the docks at lake Pinehurst, Ethan is becoming quite the Pro! He caught several blue gills! Holding his big Catch.



He even taught me how to catch one!

Getting so Big

Today we found out that Aidan can pull himself up and stand in his crib!!!! So we had to lower the mattress to the lowest setting, he seems so proud of himself standing there looking at us with his big blue eyes and his teethless smile!

Rainy Day

Today it was raining when we woke up and it rained literally all day! After about the 5oth time of Ethan asking can we go outside I decided to let him play in the rain and then after the boys woke up from napping we set up shop in the garage and played with playdough and bubbles! We all enjoyed it!

Carolina Hotel

Today we went to the Carolina Hotel to swim, The boys had alot of fun. Its such a nice pool!

Lake Pinehurst

Today we had lots of fun at the lake. Joey and Ethan went fishing off of the dock and Ethan caught his first Blue gill on his own fishing poll! This child loves to fish as much as his Daddy! They used hot dogs as bait. Then we went swimming in the lake, even Aidan had a blast, eating the yummy sand and splashing in the water. It was a fun Family day!

Ball Pit

Today we did a really nice favor for some friends and in return they gave this to Ethan and Aidan! They are having a blast playing in it! I wish I had one of these when I was little!

Bowling

Well we have found another fun thing to do with Ethan, Bowling! This is our third time bumper bowling and its so much fun! Ethan loves picking out his bowling ball and wearing his bowling shoes. He just doesn't understand why we just rent the shoes and can't keep them! He also loves to play in the arcade after bowling.

Batman

Today Joey took Ethan to Walmart to pick out something special since he was such a good boy while Joey was gone, Joey normally brings him home a little surprise from each of his travels. Well this is what Ethan picked! The batman mask and wings. You wear it like a backpack and pull on the handle to make the wings flap out!! He wore it all day long! Well he did take it off to help me make brownies.
